Shipping policy

DELIVERY

1.1.

The aim of Vezba Ltd. (Везба ЕООД) is to deliver the garments you desire within the shortest possible time and with the highest possible quality of craftsmanship. Vezba Ltd. approaches the delivery of ordered items with particular care in order to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from delivery times.

1.2.

Depending on the delivery method you have chosen, Vezba Ltd. performs door-to-door deliveries to the address specified in the registration form or to an office of the courier company, within the following estimated deadlines:

  • Deliveries to a home address via Econt Express courier service at a price of 3 EUR, and for orders over 75 EUR – free of charge.

We fulfill international orders. Delivery costs depend on the destination.

1.3.

The estimated delivery times begin from the date the ordered items are dispatched, and Vezba Ltd. is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. The stated estimated delivery times apply insofar as they do not contradict the delivery times applied by courier organizations.

1.4.

If the ordered items cannot be delivered within the estimated timeframes, Vezba Ltd. will strive to complete delivery as quickly as practically possible. In all cases, Vezba Ltd. reserves the right to unilaterally extend the stated deadlines by up to 7 (seven) days.

1.5.

Deliveries are received in the standard way – in person, against a signature and presentation of an ID card. If it is impossible or difficult to deliver the shipment personally to the customer, it may be delivered to household members or persons designated by the customer, with their name and relationship to the customer being noted.
If the shipment cannot be delivered after two attempts, the distance sales contract is automatically terminated. In this case, as a sanction for the customer’s failure to receive the order, Vezba Ltd. retains all amounts paid by the customer.

1.6.

Information about the shipment’s movement and estimated delivery time will be sent to your email address provided in the registration form, along with the order confirmation or later. If you ordered multiple types of items at the same time, they may be delivered separately.


CLAIMS AND RETURNS

2.1.

Vezba Ltd. strives to achieve complete customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is a key priority for Vezba Ltd., and therefore every return request or claim is reviewed with care to provide the best possible service.

2.2.

If the delivered items do not match the ordered ones or show visible defects or damage, please contact us immediately at sales@vezba.bg. The Customer Service Department of Vezba Ltd. will do everything possible to correct the error and arrange a refund or replacement in accordance with our return policy.

2.3.

Vezba Ltd. hopes that customers are satisfied with the purchased items and offers a full refund or replacement in cases of claims, returns, and/or size exchanges for an available size.

2.4.

You may return items purchased from Vezba Ltd. that have not been worn, used, or damaged. To receive a refund or replacement, the items must be kept and returned to Vezba Ltd. in excellent condition, without signs of wear, use, or damage, with all tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase documents (copy of the original invoice and/or receipt along with the delivery note).

2.5.

Returns and/or exchanges of purchased items are carried out under the following conditions:

  • You notify Vezba Ltd. of your intention to return or exchange your garment by sending a request to sales@vezba.bg within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

  • Returned items must be sent back within 14 days from the date of the return request. Claims, returns, or exchanges outside these deadlines will not be accepted.

  • Please note that returning items is your responsibility, and the risk of damage, loss, or destruction is borne by you until the package reaches Vezba Ltd. For this reason, Vezba Ltd. recommends using a postal/courier service that ensures the value of the returned items.

  • All direct return costs are borne by the customer.

  • The value of all successfully returned items meeting the above requirements will be refunded to the customer’s bank account after deducting any additional costs such as fees, customs duties, or shipping costs paid by Vezba Ltd. in connection with receiving the returned items. You will be notified of any such deductions. Please note that this process may take up to 30 days.

2.6.

Please note that Vezba Ltd. offers new and unused items with brand labels and tags attached. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item showing signs of use. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer. Vezba Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any item not returned in the condition described above.

2.7.

Please be aware that items made to individual/custom order are not eligible for return. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for all deliveries.
